In addition to the thorough cleaning the facility gets overnight, we have increased our cleaning schedule throughout the day, including sanitizing high-touch areas after each group leaves (door handles, bench areas, etc) and increased bathroom cleaning. We have also purchased a germicidal UVC light sanitizer that will let us easily disinfect our turfs more often.
We understand that good ventilation is important in reducing the risk of covid-19 transmission indoors. In addition to opening doors when the weather permits, we also have a ventilation system, where our playing surfaces are, that is built to regularly pull fresh air from the outside through the building and exhaust the air from the facility out the other side. Compared to an HVAC system that just recirculates air, this constantly helps flush out germs and particulates. For the office, bar, party rooms, and other spaces that have HVAC systems, we use HEPA filters that block all particulates
We understand that this is an effective way to help prevent the spread of covid-19 and we’re following the guidelines outlined by the state to implement social distancing measures. Below are some of the ways we’re trying to ensure social distancing within our facility
Contact-Free Registrations & Payments: Teamworks is highly encouraging contact-free registration and payments. A guide is available on the Teamworks homepage.
Stable Group Play & Modified Programs: To help limit the amount of contact with other participants, we have implemented Stable Group Play in most of our programming. Stable Group Play allows us to keep small groups playing together each week, which will limit exposure in case a participant is diagnosed with covid-19. Social distancing measures will also be implemented in all of our programs and curriculum wherever possible.
Limited Spectators: Teamworks is allowing one parent to accompany their child under 18, if necessary, for any Teamworks Youth Program classes as long as they remain a minimum of 6 feet from others. No spectators are allowed for any other program at this time….We have partnered with Live Barn to live stream our fields, so that spectators can watch online.
New Entering & Exiting Procedures: We’ve implemented staggered start times to limit the amount of people going in and out at the same time. We are also asking that people enter and exit through the assigned doors for your venue (click for map).
If you are sick, have Covid-19 symptoms, or have had direct contact with someone who has Covid-19, please stay home
Please wear a face covering when entering, exiting and when not participating in a program.
Please follow the policies above and stay at least 6 feet away from other customers when possible.
Always sneeze or cough into your elbow or tissue to prevent the spread of germs.
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or sanitize your hands at one of our sanitizer stations.
